Can you put a GFCI receptacle on a AFCI breaker?

Hello,
The short answer is No having a GFCI receptacle on a AFCI breaker will not work properly. That is why the 2008 code requires AFCI breakers in just about every area of a home except areas like the kitchen and bathroom where they require GFCI protected circuits.
