I came home 2 days ago and my living room lights stopped working. I suspected it was the switch, so I replaced it with a new one, and now the bulb in the fixture blinks instead of staying on. I checked with a multimeter and i'm getting 120v from the source wire. I've wired switches before and never had this happen. Any suggestions?

Check all the connections, sounds like one is loose.
