I have two on/off light switches I'm trying to wire to a timer switch and wondering exactly which wires I connect to the timer? On the left side of the current switch the are two wires which I believe will go to the "L-O" (Hot wire out). On the right side of the switch I believe I connect the top wire to the "L-I"  (Hot wire in). If this is right, I'm just not sure how to connect the neutral and ground wires to the timer switch.

Anyone know how to make this work?

In the picture of the timer switch there is a N and a G on the top, I would think that would be neutral and ground.

I guess my question is do I connect the N and the G own how do I connect then based on the setup I have? I believe I have the Hot in and out figured out, but just unsure of the connection of the neutral and ground.
